2. Wholesale Orders and Pricing
All prices quoted are for wholesale and bulk supply. Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on market conditions. A formal quotation will be provided upon enquiry, which will be valid for the duration specified in the quote.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for wholesale orders will be agreed upon in the commercial contract. Standard terms require an advance payment before the dispatch of goods unless a credit line has been pre-approved.
4. Delivery and Logistics
Prince Enterprises takes pride in its logistics support. However, delivery timelines are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). The risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Governing Law
