Prince 1. Order Cancellation
Due to the nature of bulk supply and wholesale distribution, order cancellations are generally not permitted once the procurement process or dispatch has commenced. If an order must be cancelled prior to dispatch, a cancellation fee (up to 15% of the total order value) may apply to cover administrative and stocking costs.
2. Returns and Replacements
We ensure that all goods dispatched from our warehouses meet high quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods, you must notify Prince Enterprises within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a return or replacement:
- The goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
- Once verified by our quality control team, we will initiate a replacement or issue a credit note for future purchases.
3. Refunds
Direct monetary refunds are processed only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided or the order cannot be fulfilled by Prince Enterprises. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom-sourced materials, and specific bulk items manufactured to the buyer's specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
